At the last minute, the courts informed us that the hearing scheduled for Thursday May 8 had been suspended, and that the new date announced was June 26, 2025.

“The court adjourned Thursday’s trial without setting a date. What is not adjourned is the genocide perpetrated by the State of Israel against the children and people of Palestine. We will not be silenced“, said Bodart.

On the same day, we will mobilize in Argentina before the corresponding court to reject this process of censorship and criminalization of those who raise their voices in support of the Palestinian people. In the coming weeks, we will be publishing information about the appeal to reinforce it and make it clear that denouncing genocide IS NOT A CRIME, that anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism, and that we have the right to raise our voices in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
